About Michael

Michael was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up on Maryland's Eastern Shore, spending most of his childhood roaming the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City. His passion for writing was inspired by his first grade teacher, Mrs. Fish, who guided Michael and his classmates on their first creative project together, an animated film about talking dinosaurs called, Think Big. Michael continued to write short stories and other pieces, and has published an annual NFL predictions article for close friends and family for the last several years.

Michael currently lives in a suburb of Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two sons.

Michael's debut novel, The Solace of Autumn, arrives on January 14, 2025.
